The free hour-and-a-half lesson also featured a tasting menu of BBQ pizza and seared mozzarella—all drizzled in the Shops at Oak Creek emporium's own olive oil variety, with raffle prizes. A portion of all proceeds will be donated to the Northridge Hospital Stroke Center.
