• Date Set For 101 Freeway Wildlife Crossing Ribbon-Cutting Ceremony (patch.com) — A major milestone is coming to Agoura Hills as the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing over the 101 Freeway celebrates its Dec. 2 ribbon-cutting with a public event at King Gillette Ranch and a livestreamed ceremony. Residents can look forward to education programs, native plant stewardship, and long-term wildlife research tied to the crossing, which aims to reconnect fragmented habitat in the Santa Monica Mountains.
