• Caltrans Announces 10-Hour Closure Near Agoura Road Wildlife Crossing on Saturday (mynewsla.com) — If you rely on Agoura Road near the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, expect weekday closures between Rondell Street and Hydepark Drive in Agoura Hills from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. through Nov. 30. Traffic will be detoured onto the 101 Freeway, ramps at Liberty Canyon may close intermittently, and a free shuttle will help pedestrians and cyclists navigate around the work zone.
   

• California's new partnership with Anthropic sparks questions about security and state data (kcra.com) — Agoura Hills City Hall is among the local governments now experimenting with Anthropic's Claude chatbot under a new statewide partnership meant to streamline paperwork and data analysis. The deal offers agencies a steep discount but raises questions about how securely state and local data will be handled, who pays long‑term costs, and who's accountable if AI‑generated information is wrong.
