Boot Camp In The Park For A Cause!

PWR’s “Bootcamp For A Cause” is a full body strength training and cardiovascular workout done in a group setting. When Expert personal trainers and founders Curtis Corwin and Cody Root wanted to find a way to give back through fitness.  The PWR Boot Camp For A Cause was born. 10% of all proceeds go directly to charity, while you get into the best shape of your life!

     Unlike military boot camps there is no yelling and no screaming. Working out in our group setting creates a positive environment and support system for every participant.  Our instructors encourage you to do your personal best regardless of your fitness level. Even beginners are able to complete the entire workout. Everyone is encouraged to pace themselves, scale exercises and to take breaks when they need to. Discuss any injuries or limitations with your instructor and he/she will make an effort to provide an alternative or altered version of the exercises. The point of all of this? We want you to succeed! We want you to leave every workout with a feeling of accomplishment and ready to come back for the next challenge!
