City Of Agoura Hills: LA County Liberty Canyon Water Quality Project Concept Tour

LA County has created a proposal for a clean water project that will redirect some flows from existing storm drains in Liberty Canyon into a series of underground treatment units called water polishers which will address targeted pollutants before flowing into the Liberty Canyon Channel. Water polishers are manufactured filtration systems which will treat runoff before its return into the storm drain and creek. The water polishers are proposed to be located on Liberty Canyon Road, between Revere Way and Park Vista Road. Final locations will be determined upon completion of design plans.

Los Angeles County Public Works is hosting a walk and talk tour regarding this project at the project location on Thursday evening, July 15 at 6:00 p.m. The tour will take approximately 45 minutes.
