Please join us in welcoming our new Building Official Lukas Quach to the Agoura Hills Team!
 
For over 25 years, Lukas has been working in the fields of Civil/Structural Engineering, Construction, Land Development, Real Estate, and Building Department operations.  Although a major portion of his experience has been in the private sector,  he has spent the last eight years on the public side working for several local jurisdictions, mainly serving in the capacity of a Building Official.  He is excited to be the Building Official with the City of Agoura Hills and looks forward to serving the community moving forward.

 
Lukas graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and received his Master in Business Administration from Cal State University, Northridge.  In the course of his professional development,  He has been able to obtain a number of  licenses and certifications such as the Structural Engineering License (SE), the Certified Building Official certification(CBO), the Certified Access Specialist (CASp) designation, and the QSD/QSP certifications that he has credited with helping him advanced his career.     
 
On the personal side, Lukas has been married to his wife, Marci,  for 19 years and has two teenage daughters in High school.  In his free time he enjoys spending time hanging out with his family, going on hikes, and exploring outdoor trails. To get some exercise, Lukas plays basketball with group of friends that he has been playing with twice a week for over a decade.
