Community Health Expo IV
is a free interactive family event presented by the Conejo / Las Virgenes
Future Foundation in conjunction with Los Robles Hospital.
It will feature a wide
range of exhibits, screenings, demonstrations, and valuable presentations from
experts on critical topics including your predisposition to cardiovascular
disease and your genetic predisposition to illness.
Los Robles Hospital is
providing free skin, asthma, blood pressure and body mass index screenings.
They are also offering blood panel screenings for only $25, including a
complete blood count, lipid profile, glucose, and PSA prostate screenings.
(Limited space for walk-ins; get an advance sign-up form by emailing
info@clvff.org. An 8 hour fast is
required.) The Agoura Hills/Calabasas
Community Center’s workout facilities and classes will be available at no
charge. UCLA Health will have a Doctor Zone for mini one on one consults with a
doctor. You can also test your skills on a life-size “Operation” game. In addition, over 30 exhibitors will be on
hand to provide a variety of resources and information. A representative from Covered California will
be available to answer questions. Attendees can also learn Sidewalk CPR from
the Los Angeles County Fire Department. The Rotary Club of Calabasas will be
sponsoring a blood drive (walk-ins welcome, or sign up in advance at www.calabasasrotary.org).
