Yoga for Teens, Great music, exercise, great for athletes and dancers, cool moves, no experience necessary. Something magical happens when you practice yoga (besides the physical benefits). Life becomes more clear, self-compassion and compassion for others grows, gratitude emerges and suddenly we evolve into people who truly enjoy our moments. we realize that we WILL encounter chaos and things AREN'T always perfect. However, WE are some pretty strong and powerful beings capable of riding any wave with great courage and honor♥
