Workshop Focus Who among us doesn't carry stress in our shoulders at times?  Here is where we will learn how to release that stress by working deeply into the tissues of the upper back, shoulders and neck, elongating  the muscles, and aligning the entire area.

Our shoulders joint connects hands and arms to our head, neck and torso. It is one of the most overused parts of the body. This means it is important to keep the shoulders aligned, tension free, and with full range of motion. Learning how to care for your shoulders will prevent: movement limitation, round shoulders, frozen shoulder and other common shoulder injuries. This work is important for all to do and keep doing throughout our lives to keep our upper bodies from the natural aging process.
