Stretch and Sooth Yoga

Certified Yoga Instructor, Sharlene Schneier, of Hire Conscious Yoga teaches a mixed level, gentle, basic Hatha yoga class “Stretch and Soothe”the antidote to stress, stiffness and feeling stuck.  Stretch, strengthen, balance, energize, condition and relax with personal, individualized attention.  Poses include forward bends, seated twists, standing poses, core, modified inversions, balance, hip & groin openers and restorative.  Breath-based postures focus on common areas that contribute to chronic aches and pains.  This is a slower paced, non-competitive class allowing for longer held poses to encourage muscle release.  Sharlene offers modifications for students with therapeutic needs and one-on-one adjustments.  Select essential oils offered to compliment poses.  Achieve overall well-being, manage your health concerns, move at your own pace, age gracefully and HAVE FUN in semi-private sized classes.
