Yoga Level 1 (Perfect for Beginners)

This Yoga Level 1 Class is perfect for either beginners or long time yogis who enjoy a more gentle practice. Studetns will be directed in breathing as well standing poses for strength, stretching poses for mobility and felxibility and a wonderful long guided meditation into savasana (final meditation).

The studio is quiet and relaxing and is a wonderful place to learn to LET GO.
