Fire Burns In Agoura Hills Home

A workplace debris fire broke out in a garage on Shadycreek Drive.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — A small workplace debris fire broke out Wednesday at 3:54 p.m. in the garage of a private home in the 6200 block of Shadycreek Drive in Agoura Hills.

Captain John Owens of Los Angeles County Fire Dept. Station 89 said that 5 engines, a truck, a battalion chief and a paramedic arrived on-site within five minutes and put the fire out almost immediately.

Owens said that the roughly one-square-foot fire did not cause any damage or injuries. The exact cause of the fire remains unknown.
