WHAT: Head Chef Nathan Heartman and Sous Chef Drew Peterson have created a Five-Course IPA Dinner menu where each course will pair an IPA with BBQ food items that represent styles of the four American BBQ key regions: Memphis, Kansas City, Texas and Carolina. Courses include a watermelon gazpacho with pickled rind, Carolina quail, “Battle of the Ribs” entrée and Texas BBQ pasta with a campfire inspired Krispy Rice Smore dessert. Guests will receive a branded t-shirt, pint glass and recipe booklet.
WHEN: IPA Dinners will take place on Tuesday, June 3 and Wednesday, June 4 at 6:30 p.m.
