Lifesaving CPR with Melissa Lapides

Melissa Lapides is a Licensed Training Provider for the American Red Cross and has been a registered nurse for 30 years. She has experience in orthopedics, adult and pediatric critical care and is a certified personal trainer. Along with teaching CPR, she also teaches First Aid, Wilderness and Remote First Aid and Babysitters training.
Certification is through the American Red Cross and is good for 2 years. Certificates will be handed out at the end of class.

Maximum class size is 12.
Pre-registration is mandatory. (No walk ins)
$55 Adult and Child CPR/AED. Class length approximately 2.5 hours
$70 Adult/child/infant CPR/AED. Class length approximately 2.75 hours
(Class length depends on size and knowledge of class)

Although it’s a serious subject, I make sure no one falls asleep! Humor and having a good time is very important and I believe encourages learning and putting people at ease!
Finally a note on cost: There are other companies that charge less for their classes. However, only the American Red Cross and American Heart Association certifications are allowed in healthcare and many other companies. A portion of the cost also goes to the American Red Cross to fund their programs and research around the world.
