Meet A Couple Of “Amazing” Who Prove That Love Lasts
Their married life spans almost 80 years.
Julio Cesar Mora Tapia, at 110, and his wife Waldramina Maclovia Quinteros Reyes, at 104, have the distinct honor of Guinness World Records announcing that they have the “highest combined age of a married couple.”
In addition, their married life spans almost 80 years, which given that they knew each other seven years before tying the knot, means the couple has known each other even longer. In good health, with 21 great-grandchildren and 9 great-great-grandchildren, the couple, both retired teachers, attributes their happily long-lived marriage to a magic formula: "love + maturity + mutual respect." Truly a wonderful recipe for marital bliss.
