The schedule for the event is as follows: <ul><li>7:30 – 9:00: Kid's Activities</li><li>7:30 – 8:30: Native American night sky stories by Hupa native Kat High</li><li>8:00 – 9:00: Preserving the Night Sky — a Presentation by Dr. Travis Longcore, a "leading expert in the environmental and ecological effects of night lighting," according to the <a href="https://www.nps.gov/samo/planyourvisit/event-details.htm?event=6708E22A-1DD8-B71B-0B0B93515B7B38F8" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">event page</a>.</li><li>8:30 – 10:30: Telescope Viewing</li></ul>No flash photography will be allowed near the telescope viewing area to preserve visitors' night vision.
