Share The Road!: Agoura Hills Protects Bicyclists On The Road
The city of Agoura Hills is teaming up with the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station to remind drivers to be mindful of bicyclists.

AGOURA HILLS, CA — The City of Agoura Hills is teaming up with the Lost Hills Sheriff's Station for a share the road campaign to promote bicyclist's safety.
846 bicyclists died in traffic incidents in 2019, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Many of these deaths could have been avoided, the administration said, with proper precautions and rule following from both bicyclists and motorists.
Throughout October, the station said, Agoura Hills will see increased motor deputies making traffic stops to keep motorists aware of bicyclists.
