Sign-ups are under way for the Simi Valley Family YMCA’s co-ed flag football league. The season runs from January 25 through March 29.

Teams are formed based on age—ages 5 to 7, 8 to 10 and 11 to 13. No tryouts are necessary and everyone participates.

“Kids learn about the fundamentals as well as teamwork,” says Tim Dominguez, healthy living and sports director at the Simi Y. “This is a fun, instructional, competitive league.”
