THOUSAND OAKS, CA — Ventura County Sheriffs are searching for a domestic violence suspect who fled Thursday night upon their arrival. A domestic violence incident took place at a home on the 1200 block of Newbury Road in Thousand Oaks at around 5:30 Thursday evening, according to Thousand Oaks Assistant Police Chief Don Aguilar. The suspect, who is related to the victim, fled upon arrival, and police continue to search for him. Aguilar said that the victim is safe, but received medical treatment.
