AGOURA HILLS, CA — As progress continues on the Wallis Annenberg Wildlife Crossing, the team behind the massive bridge over the 101 Freeway is holding an open house.

The event will be held April 16 from 2-4 p.m. at Adobe Cantina, 29100 Agoura Road. It's free and open to the public. Food and drink will be provided.

The project team will be on site ready to answer questions and provide the latest info about the project, which is currently under construction.

The $100 million-plus project broke ground last year and is set to be completed in 2025. When it's finished, a grass-covered bridge standing 210-feet long and 170-feet wide will sit over the Liberty Canyon Road freeway exit, offering mountain lions safer passage across the Santa Monica Mountains.
