Aliso Viejo Brush Fire Flames Up Friday

ALISO VIEJO, CA — A small vegetation fire was reported in the area of Cedarbrook and Starcrest, near Aliso Viejo Parkway in Aliso Viejo, Orange County Fire Authority said.

Firefighters quickly quelled the small blaze that was held to 25 by 25 feet, OCFA Capt. Tony Bommarito told Patch.

OCFA investigators arrived on scene. As of this report, the cause of the fire is unknown.

Update: Proper size of fire is now reported as 10x10 feet.
