Aliso Viejo Celebrates Medal Of Merit For Police Sergeant
Aliso Viejo Police Officer Ray Ulmer was celebrated by the American Legion with the Medal of Merit.
ALISO VIEJO, CA — Aliso Viejo's American Legion Award "Medal of Merit" was granted to Administrative Sergeant Ray Ulmer, according to the department.
On Feb. 27, The Aliso Viejo Chief of Police, Lt. John MacPherson was on hand to present the award in front of Ulmer's peers.
