All-Star Bash Always a Hit in Oak Grove Community

Oak Grove Elementary School will hold its 16th annual All-Star Bash Friday, starting at 2 p.m.

Feeling lucky lately?

Even it you aren't, you might want to head to Aliso Viejo and Oak Grove Elementary School on Friday for the 16th annual All-Star Bash carnival in which some lucky winners could take home an iPad 2, XBox360, a Nordstroms $500 gift card and more.

Last year, more than 2,000 people attended the one-day event and raised more than $22,000 for special programs at Oak Grove.

The cruisine is being provided by Sarducci's Capistrano Depot, Chick-fil-A, Porky's Pizza, Powell's, Hula Girls shaved ice and others.

The highlight of the even is the silent auction that takes place in the big white tent. The auction features more than 200 items worth more than $140,000 in bids. The bidding starts at 2 p.m. and closes at 6 p.m.

All proceeds from the bash goes directly to the Oak Grove PTA.
