Gunshots Heard on Hummingbird Lane
Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, May 4-8.

A resident located near the intersection of Hummingbird Lane and Bells Vireo Lane reported hearing three small-caliber gunshots, possibly from a .22 rifle.
The shots heard report was made around 11:20 p.m. Wednesday.

Burglary alarm-audible. 5:22 p.m. Thursday. 0 block Heatherwood.
Indecent exposure. 8:18 a.m. Thursday. Aliso Viejo Parkway and Moulton Parkway. A caller said a man in his 40s who was wearing a gray sweatshirt and blue shorts with white stripes was masturbating at a nearby trail.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 9:55 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block Cuervo Drive. A caller said a man riding in a white SUV that was parked behind their home had a backpack with him that contained numerous pill bottles.
Assist outside agency. 6:03 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block of Journey. A caller said a dog bit her daughter's face near Hummingbird Park.
Patrol check. 8:43 p.m. Tuesday. 23500 block Los Adornos. A resident asked deputies to check for man who was going door-to-door claiming to be a Cox Communications employee.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 11:59 a.m. Tuesday. 0 block Gatewood Drive. A caller said their neighbor, who was passed out in his vehicle at the time of the call, drives under the influence all the time and then sleeps in his car all day.
