Man Threatened with Knife, Robbed of Cell Phone and Money
Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, March 13-16.

A man who grabbed a ride with a friend, who had two other men riding with him in a silver Honda Accord sedan, said one of the men pulled out a knife and robbed him of his cell phone and money.
The robber report was made around 7:26 p.m. Tuesday near the 23000 block of Aliso Creek Road.

Petty theft. 6:30 p.m. Thursday. 26700 block of Aliso Creek Road. A 36-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of petty theft and was taken into custody at Orange County Jail on $2,500 bail.
Assist outside agency. 3:49 p.m. Thursday. Aliso Creek Road and State Route-73. A caller said two kids were throwing books off a nearby overpass.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 6:19 a.m. 23400 block Summerfield. A caller said they saw a man dressed in all black, kneeling at the driver-side door and looking under the steering column of a Chevrolet vehicle.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 8:03 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block Hollyleaf. A resident asked deputies to check for a solicitor in his 40s with salt and pepper hair, wearing a collared shirt who was possibly casing the area.
Suspicious person in vehicle. 2:57 p.m. Wednesday. 0 block Parisville. A caller asked deputies to check for a man riding in a faded blue 1980s Volkswagen van with its windows partially blocked off that had been parked near the location since that morning.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 11:13 p.m. Tuesday. 3100 block City Lights Drive. A resident reported a man who was knocking on his door repeatedly and attempted to bust through when he opened it to check who it was. The caller added that the man kept on falling and was passed out when he his status a second time.
Suspicious person/circumstances. 7:54 p.m. Tuesday. 0 block Elderwood. A resident asked deputies to check for a man in his 50s with light-colored hair who knocked on their door and acted suspiciously.
