Question 1: I highlight my hair and always seems dry. I use good shampoos and conditioners but they do not seem to work. Help! -- Amber, from Aliso Viejo
Answer: Well since your hair is chemically altered you have lost shine and moisture. Start on a weekly deep moisturizing treatment at home. Also leave in conditioners are a must. Talk to your professional stylist to get recommendations.

Question 2: I let my hair dry naturally instead of blow drying and it still looks frizzy. What am I doing wrong? Debbie from Laguna
Answer: People think blow dryers are bad for the hair. Truthly your hair will look smoother with the heat of the dryer verses letting it air dry. The blow dryer will smooth out the top layer of your hair (cuticle) and will look shiny. Not too many women can let their hair dry naturally. If you choose to do that touch up your hair with a iron and leave in sprays.
