'Drinking and Chilling' Duo Won't Dime On How They Got Shot In O.C. Cemetery
Both men were shot in the torso, police said.

SANTA ANA, CA --- Two men were shot, and not talking with police about it, in an afternoon confrontation over a gravestone at a Santa Ana cemetery today.
Santa Ana police Cpl. Anthony Bretagno said the shooting victims were "drinking beer and chilling'' at 12:30 p.m. at a gravesite in the cemetery, 1702 Fairhaven Ave.
A grey SUV pulled up, a verbal fight escalated into a melee and then gunshots were fired, Bertagno said.

One man was shot in his upper torso, and another in his lower torso. But had stable life signs and were not expected to die, he said.
"They are not cooperative with us, so we don't have much to go on,'' Bertagno said.
