Our purpose is to serve our members by providing savings, loans and other services in a convenient, equitable and competitive manner. Our members are the bedrock of our credit union. Member-owned and not-for-profit, we’re a financial cooperative that puts your needs first. Our core responsibility is to actively serve our members and the communities they live in whenever possible. We further this through consumer education and staying at the forefront of leading-edge ideas and educational programs. The financial strength of the credit union is maintained through annual board elections, periodic focus groups, committee involvement and diversity programs. We also provide financial and in-kind resources to others within the credit union community, and participate in cooperative activities from a local to a national level when appropriate. Capstone FCU also supports other public service activities ranging from the Alzheimer’s Association to the United Way.

Coming off its hugely successful July 3 production of The Student Prince at the Laguna Playhouse, Opera Laguna will hold its annual concert and fundraiser in the late afternoon of Sunday August 16 at a beautiful historic LB home with gorgeous coastal views. 
 
World-renowned artists Mexican mezzo-soprano Guadalupe Paz, American mezzo-soprano and Laguna Beach local Kayleigh Decker, American tenor Matthew White, and conductor-pianist Brian Holman join Opera Laguna founders Arnold Geis and Oriana Geis-Falla, recent recipients of the Art Star Awards’ Artists of the Year honor, for a beautiful concert with string quartet.
The evening will feature selections ranging from opera’s most emotionally compelling moments, such as Bizet’s Carmen, to its most joyful and uplifting music.
