
This is a yoga class celebrating the beauty, wisdom and strength that pregnancy brings out in women. We will explore breathing and relaxation techniques and yoga poses that can be practiced throughout your pregnancy and used to assist in your birthing experience. Moms of all levels and trimesters are welcome. Come join in our yoga commUNITY, connect on a deeper level with your baby, and relate to like-minded moms-to-be!
