The Orange County average price rose one-tenth of a cent to $2.999 Tuesday, one day dropping one-tenth of a cent. It is three-tenths of a cent less than one week ago and 5.8 cents lower than one month ago but 13.1 cents more than one year ago. The lowest gas prices in the county continue to be found at the Cypress Costco, followed closely by Super 8 in Fullerton and Sam's Club in La Habra according to OrangeCountyGasPrices.com. The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County dropped one-tenth of a cent Tuesday to $3.017, one day after being unchanged.
