From the city of Aliso Viejo:

Five candidates are now officially lined up for two open Aliso Viejo City Council seats in November. The deadline to file papers ended Friday.

Voters on Nov. 4 will consider

Phil Tsunoda (incumbent)

Carmen Cave (incumbent)

Andrew Abrecht

Dave Harrington

Gary Miller
