Keep Aliso Viejo Trash Free: Tips, Clean Up Events In Your Town

Aliso Viejo is a beautiful community, and our residents love to keep it that way. Earn precious volunteer hours this fall by helping out.

ALISO VIEJO, CA — When you see a discarded can, wrapper or baggie, you may shake your head, but don't pass it by, pick it up, instead!

I taught my kids how to follow this little rule of thumb, thinking that if we all pitch in a little, we can make a big difference.

In Aliso Viejo, mark your calendar for an upcoming event to clean up local parks and trails. The city of Aliso Viejo announced a September date for the next organized clean up event, but that doesn't mean you have to wait.

Make a difference in your community by helping to clean up our environment during this year's Aliso Viejo Trails, and Creek Clean-up event from 8-11 am on Saturday, September 21!

Free refreshments will be provided for volunteers who should wear appropriate attire and closed-toed shoes or hiking boots. Bring gardening or work gloves if you have them. Volunteers meet at the Aliso Viejo Ranch.
