Homeowner Scares Off Prowler

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, April 24-27.

A resident from the 0 block of Sprucewood reported seeing a possible prowler on their property after noticing a heavy-set man between 20-and 30-years-old in their side yard.

The caller added that the man left promptly after her husband yelled at him.  He was seen leaving the area and headed toward Peppertree in a blue pick-up truck with another subject as the driver.

The prowler report was made 10:13 a.m. Friday.
