Officers Nab Robbery Suspect In Aliso Viejo

ALISO VIEJO, CA — Traffic was tied up and sirens wailing this morning in Orange County. The area of Enterprise Orange County Sheriff's Department were out in force Thursday morning in Aliso Viejo to assist the Costa Mesa Police Department with apprehending a suspect according to Aliso Viejo Lt. John MacPherson.

If you saw the police activity on Aliso Creek deputies were assisting with the arrest of a robbery suspect. No fewer than eight official vehicles were on hand for rounding up the suspect. There was no word whether anyone was injured in the apprehension.

"The suspect is in custody," MacPherson reported over twitter.
