They are inexpensive and so effective at strengthening your abs/core!
Today's move utilizes gliders and fires up your core! If you don't have gliders, you can use paper plates on carpet and soft towels on hard surfaces.

1) Get into a pushup position and place gliders under your feet. Your legs/feet will be side by side and your chest/head will face the floor.
2) Slowly draw your knees in to your chest. Engage those abs!
3) Extend your legs back to the starting position and repeat.
Do 2 sets of 15-20.
