Orange County to Raise Toll Rates

Rates at all Orange County toll roads will go up starting in July.

Orange County, CA - The board of directors of Orange County's tollway agencies approved the annual $338.6 million budget, which includes several capital projects and a slight increase in tolls.

The toll rate will rise by 1 to 14 cents depending on the location and time of day, officials said. The new tolls go into effect on July 1.
Capital projects planned for this year include:

  • Finishing the final design for the 241/91 Express Connector;
  • Final engineering for the Oso Bridge and Gap Closure project;
  • New signs on the toll roads and;
  • Upgrading the agency's website for toll road users.
