Screaming Man Seen Riding Pink Bike

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, Feb. 10-14.

A caller from the 26700 block Aliso Creek Road said a man wearing a headband and a dark or purple-colored shirt entered a nearby store and yelled at everyone before going out and riding around the parking lot on a pink bike.

The disturbance call was made at 2:23 p.m. Saturday.

Suspicious person/circs. 1:33 a.m. Tuesday. 0 block Pineoak.

Disturbance. 5:38 p.m. Monday. 24500 block Pacific Park Drive. A caller said a woman was threatening staff with a fork.

Warrant arrest. 12:30 p.m. Monday. 0 block Briarwood Lane. A 21-year-old man was arrested for an outstanding warrant and was taken into custody at Central Men's Jail with no bail set.

Suspicious person/circs. 10:12 p.m. Sunday. 26700 block Aliso Creek Road. A caller said a man in his 40s, wearing a black hat and a white long-sleeved shirt was following a group of 18-year-old women around the parking lot.

Disturbance. 6:40 p.m. Sunday. 0 block of Picket Lane. A caller asked deputies to check for a group of kids who were throwing the pool-side furniture into the pool and spa.

Prowler. 6:37 p.m. Saturday. 0 block Elderwood.  A caller said a man in his late teens was knocking on their door in an attempt to get her and three of her friends to come out.

Citizen assist. 11:36 a.m. Saturday. 0 block of Enterprise. A resident who filed a noise complaint against their neighbor said that the same neighbor was now jiggling their door handles in retaliation.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 11:08 p.m. Friday. 23400 block Via San Martine. A resident said whoever banged on their front door shook the whole house and that they were too scared to go out and look.

Disturbance. 9:06 p.m. Friday. Birchwood Lane and Morning Ridge. Deputies responding to a possible altercation between 10 or so kids said that a third witness reported hearing something being smashed.

Disturbance. 4:57 p.m. Friday. 0 block of Sandcastle. A resident asked deputies to check for three kids, wearing plastic masks, that were shooting each other with BB guns.
