Self-Defense Seminar -Nov. 1st

Local Taekwon-do school holding a self-defense seminar for women & teens! OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! Come on by and join us!

On Saturday, November 1, 2014, Aliso Hills Taekwon-do will be holding a Self-Defense Seminar for Women and Teens in the community. This seminar will be taught by Aliso Hills Taekwon-do owner Master Paul D’Ambrosio, or “Master D” as he is fondly called. The seminar is 2-hours long, from 2:00-4:00pm at Aliso Hills Taekwon-do, located at 27001 Moulton Pkwy, A106, in Aliso Viejo, California. The school is located in the Western Country Plaza on the corner of Oso Pkwy and Moulton Pkwy.

The seminar is open to the public, and does not require a background in martial arts. From the very beginner to the advanced levels, Master D will cover topics like being aware of your surroundings and how to shut down an attack before it happens. He will teach you how to identify dangerous situations and to protect yourself against attacks with easy, step-by-step instructions and basic movements that will work in countless situations.

Please kindly give your name and a contact phone number. Payments can be made on the day of the seminar via cash/check/credit card. Please come dressed in comfortable/work-out style clothing that you can move in.

Master D is a 6th degree black belt in Original-Traditional Taekwon-do and a 4th degree black belt in Olympic-Sport Taekwondo. He also studied Japanese Kenpo Karate and Jiu-Jitsu, which he holds a 2nd degree black belt in. Master did lives in Aliso Viejo with his wife and daughter.
