Smoke From Nearby Blaze Seen in Aliso Viejo

ALISO VIEJO, CA — Orange County and U S Forest Service firefighters are battling a fast-moving fire in steep terrain in the Trabuco Cabyon area which was sending smoke into the South Orange and Southwest Riverside County area on Monday afternoon.

Crews are on the scene in Holy Jim Canyon where about 75-100 acres of brush has already burnt. The fire has engulfed one cabin, according to the Orange County Fire Authority's Steve Concialdi.
