Stray Bullet Enters Man's Home

Selected calls from Aliso Viejo to the Orange County Sheriff's Department, March 30-April 3.

A resident near the 0 block of Enterprise reporting a gunshot said the bullet went through his closet and into the wall of an adjacent apartment.  The man added he then saw a white Ford Expedition leaving the scene in a hurry.

The shots heard-no suspect information report was made 8:09 p.m. Monday.

Illegal parked vehicle. 7:40 a.m. Tuesday. Sanborn and Key Largo.

Disturbance. 5:49 p.m. Monday. 0 block Brookline. A United Parcel Service driver said a man in his late teens with dark, fuzzy hair, threw two large bottles on his truck while riding in a Mazda that was being driven by a woman.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 5:36 p.m. Monday. El Toro Road and Aliso Creek Road. A caller said numerous people running on the street were causing traffic to back up.

Suspicious vehicle. 7:23 p.m. Sunday. Laurelmont and Pepperwood. A caller said the driver of a white Infiniti with dark window tint did not exit their car for more than an hour.

Reckless driving. 4:03 p.m. Sunday. 0 block Rincon Way. A resident asked deputies to check for kids driving a golf cart up and down the street after seeing them almost crash into other cars.

Abandoned vehicle. 1:34 p.m. Saturday. Rue Du Chateau and Pursuit. A caller asked deputies to check for a black BMW that was parked facing the wrong direction for more than three weeks.

Disturbance-music or party. 1:30 a.m. Saturday. 0 block Sandpiper Lane. A resident said a group of kids who hopped a fence to access the pool were having a large party.

Suspicious person/circumstances. 11:03 p.m. Friday. 28000 block Wolverine Way. A caller asked deputies to check for five male subjects walking near the portables inside the high school.

Assault. 6:50 p.m. Friday. 26900 block Aliso Creek Road. A caller said a 13-year-old boy was punched in the face resulting in a bloody nose near Ralphs.
