Suspicious Men Change Out Resident's Locks

A resident from the 0 block of Florentine reported two male subjects inside her home who changed out all the locks.

The caller added that the culprits were able to hide from them quickly in the suspicious circumstances report they made on 1:41 p.m. Tuesday.
