Task Forces Nabs Two O.C. Bank Robbery Suspects, Seeks Third

Orange County's bank robbery task force announced today the arrests of two bank robbery suspects and asked for help finding a third dubbed the "Quad Bandit."

Paul Sayer Kjelland, 36, of Garden Grove was arrested Friday on suspicion of being the "Market Branch Bandit," wanted in at least four robberies and suspected in a fifth at a U.S. Bank branch in Lakewood the day he was arrested, according to the Special Agent Chris Glicking of the FBI.

U.S. Bank branches were robbed in La Habra on May 17 and in Aliso Viejo on May 21 and an attempt was made at a U.S. Bank branch in Orange on Thursday.

Kjelland is also suspected of committing a holdup Thursday at a Wells Fargo branch in Huntington Beach.

Separately, Albert Jamel Limbrick, 25, of Long Beach was arrested Friday on suspicion of robbing a Farmers & Merchants Bank branch in Laguna Hills March 20. His case will be handled by prosecutors with the Orange County District Attorney's Office, according to the FBI.

The FBI also asked for the public's help in finding a man who attempted and failed to rob three banks in a row in Buena Park on March 22 and finally got cash at a fourth bank, thus the nickname. Though he escaped, his images were caught on video.
