Watch: Eerie Video Shows Arsonist in the Act
Orange County Fire Authority investigators hope someone will recognize a man who torched the leasing office at an apartment complex.

LAKE FOREST, CA - Investigators today released surveillance video of a suspect sought for starting a blaze in a leasing office of a Lake Forest apartment complex.
The suspect broke into the office at Saddleback Apartments, 23151 Los Alisos Blvd. on April 17 and stole several items before sparking the blaze that caused "heavy damage," according to the Orange County Fire Authority.

The suspect is an 18- to 25-year-old man about 5-foot-6 to 5-foot-10, weighing 130 to 170 pounds. He was wearing a dark-colored snowboarder-type jacket with a hood and a baseball cap bearing a round, shiny sticker on the light-colored brim. The suspect obscured his face with a bandana.
