Wolverines Host Annual Lift-A-Thon
Event donations will benefit the upcoming season for the Aliso Niguel football team.
Aliso Niguel's Football team held their annual Lift-A-Thon on Friday to raise funds for the upcoming season.
Contestants competed to see who could bench press the most weight in one repetition.

"The Lift-A-Thon is basically to see how much muscle you've gained over 12 weeks,"said defensive lineman, Jeffrey Wright. "I was able to bench 205 pounds five times this year thanks to (offensive coordinator) Drew Westling's program. He shaped the program into a winning team."
Wright also had a word for other local football teams.
