$20K Reward Offered For Break In Slaying Of Altadena Man

Police are asking for help finding the shooter who killed 28-year-old Robert Calderon, of Altadena.

ALTADENA, CA - Police are hoping that a $20,000 reward reinstated by the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors will lead to the arrest and conviction of whoever shot and killed a 28-year-old man more than two years ago in Pasadena.

Robert Calderon of Altadena was fatally wounded about 10:45 p.m. on Dec. 18, 2015, according to Pasadena police Lt. Jesse Carrillo.

Officers responding to multiple reports of shots fired found Calderon down on the parkway in the 600 block of North Mentor Avenue, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds, Carrillo said.

Calderon was pronounced dead at the scene.
