Hey all, Gabriel and Kristen Rowland here. We are in the process of moving back to the Altadena area from Chicago. My great tech company has relocated me here and the wife has just completed her education there. We have a 5 year old he will be starting at Odyssey Charter, Sept 4th...That sets the tone for this board. We are looking to rent a 2-3 bedroom house /townhouse /backhouse between $1,500 and $2,000 per month. As a former composer and Kristen a former professional Ballerina our credit history is so so, but our rental history is stellar. Thank you in advance for any leads or info.
