Advanced Summer Enrichment Classes - IEA Academy

The Institute for Educational Advancement (IEA) is a local non-profit that matches gifted children with customized
educational programs designed to serve their complex intellectual,
social, emotional, spiritual and physical needs. The Academy provides
2nd-8th grade students with challenging enrichment classes that focus on
exploration and application of knowledge. Classes meet once a week
after school and on weekends during the school year. In the summer,
classes run during the day Monday through Thursday, allowing students to
take one to four classes per session. There are two summer sessions
this year: June 17 - July 5 and July 15 to August 1. Classes include
Shakespeare study, academic and personal strengths coaching, sonnet
writing, chemistry, game theory, neuroscience, Egyptian mythology, and
art history. For more information and applications, please visit http://www.educationaladvancement.org/programs/programs-academy or contact IEA at 626-403-8900 or Academy@educationaladvancement.org.
