In this one and a half hour workshop, you will learn easy ways to correct your everyday habits that lead to back pain.
In this age of computers and constant sitting, our spines are being subjected to habits that they were never made for! We will teach you to sit, stand, and set up your workstation so that you don't unknowingly contribute to your pain.
We'll spend time on stretches and rehabilitation techniques that are easy to do at home. Some of the work includes Foam Rollers, so if you have one please bring it.
The workshop is stand-alone, and you will receive a handout with all of the stretches.
You'll be amazed how easy it is to correct your habits, and you'll have the tools to keep your spine healthy for life!
