It is a complete science that includes breath (pranayam), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chan)ng (mantra) and medita)on. It is designed to provide you with the experience of your highest consciousness.
1.Try not to eat any food two hours before class.

2. Bring a yoga mat and 1 or 2 light blankets to class. Cotton or wool fabric preferable.. Don’t worry if you don’t have a mat. I have many mats available to use for class.
3. Wear comfortable clothing‐cotton or natural fibers preferable. 4.Relax & have Fun!
