The Los Angeles Affiliate of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network is hosting its Annual PurpleStride 5K Walk on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 7am. The walk through Exposition Park begins and ends at Christmas Tree Lane and takes you by the many museums and Rose Garden. Registration is now open at www.purplestride.org/losangeles. Pancreatic cancer survivors, families, friends and supporters are invited to attend the walk to help raise awareness and much-needed funds for pancreatic cancer research. The walk is followed by other family-friendly festivities in the park.
